Why Tamkoz exists
Large companies have whole teams figuring out AI. Small businesses have the owner, usually at the kitchen table, after closing, catching up on messages and paperwork.
The technology that can answer customers, take bookings and handle admin is finally affordable. What’s missing is someone to set it up properly, explain it plainly and stick around afterwards. That’s the job we do.

Sometimes a better form or a simple spreadsheet is the answer. We’d rather tell you than sell you.
Why plain English matters
Most of the people we work with are brilliant at what they do and have no interest in becoming technical. They shouldn’t have to. You can’t make a good decision about something nobody has explained to you, and you can’t trust a system you don’t understand.
So we explain everything the way we’d explain it across a counter: what it does, what it costs to run, what happens when it goes wrong and how to switch it off. Quotes list what’s included in words, not codes. Plans say what to do first and what to leave alone.
It also keeps us honest. Plain English makes it obvious when a tool isn’t worth the money, and when that’s the answer, we say so.

Questions about Tamkoz
Where is Tamkoz based?
Tamkoz Ltd is a private limited company registered in Scotland, with its registered office in Motherwell. We work remotely, so where you are makes no difference to how we work together.
Do you work with businesses outside the UK?
Yes. We work with businesses and individuals wherever they are, across time zones. Prices are shown in your own currency as a guide, and invoices are issued in pounds sterling.
Who will I actually deal with?
The founder. The person who answers the chat is the person who plans and builds your system. There are no account managers or call centres between you.
Why don’t you publish prices?
Because two jobs that sound the same often aren’t. A chatbot that answers questions is a different job from one that books into three calendars. Every job is quoted in writing before it starts, so you know the full cost before you commit.
Is it really plain English?
Yes. If we can’t explain something simply, we don’t understand it well enough to build it for you. Every quote, plan and guide is written for someone who isn’t technical.
