Terms of service

These terms cover your use of this website and set out the general basis on which Tamkoz Ltd (“we”, “us”) provides services. Each project is also governed by the written quote or agreement you accept; if anything there conflicts with these terms, the quote or agreement wins.
Using this website
You may use this site to learn about our services and contact us. Please don’t misuse it, for example by sending spam, attempting to break its security, or submitting false information. Demonstrations and sample content on the site are illustrative and are labelled as such.
Quotes
Quotes are written, describe the work and price, and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Work begins once you accept a quote in writing and any agreed deposit has been paid.
Payment
Invoices are payable within 14 days unless your quote says otherwise. Paid consultation sessions booked online are paid at the time of booking and can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Currencies. Figures shown on this website in a currency other than pounds sterling, including budget ranges and any converted price, are indicative only and are not an offer. They are converted at rates checked on 8 October 2026 and will move. Every quote states the currency it is in, and unless your quote says otherwise invoices are issued and payable in pounds sterling.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and timely access to the tools, content and decisions we need.
- Make sure you have the rights to any content you give us to use.
- Review and approve the information any AI system will use to talk to your customers.
Ownership
Once a project is paid for, you own the deliverables made specifically for you. Third-party tools and services remain subject to their own terms and fees, and accounts are set up in your name wherever possible. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
AI systems
AI assistants and automations work from the information and rules you approve, but no AI is perfect. We design systems to hand over to a person when they’re unsure, and you remain responsible for how your business uses them with your customers.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our total liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit or data.
Confidentiality
We keep your business information confidential and only use it to deliver the work you’ve asked for.
Ending a project
Either party may end a project with written notice. You’ll pay for work completed up to that point, and we’ll hand over everything you’ve paid for.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living outsideScotland, nothing here takes away rights you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
