Your business, on their home screenApp development for businesses and individuals
Simple, well-made apps for iPhone and Android: ordering, loyalty, bookings or tools for your team.

WHAT IT DOESLOG
Regular reorders
→ One tap, sent to the kitchen
Loyalty stamp
→ Tracked in the app
Quiet Tuesday
→ Offer pushed to nearby fans
Team on site
→ Jobs, notes and photos in one place
“Your regulars would order more often if it were one tap away, and your team juggles bits of paper on the go.”
SOUND FAMILIAR?
Does a small business need an app?
A small business needs an app when customers come back often enough that one tap matters (to reorder, collect a stamp or rebook) or when the team needs a tool that works on the move. If people visit once a year, a fast mobile website will serve them better and cost less. We build apps for iPhone and Android for businesses and individuals, and we’ll tell you honestly if a website is the better answer.
A good small business app does a few things brilliantly rather than everything badly. It’s published under your name, takes payments safely, sends notifications people actually want, and gives you a simple admin to change menus, prices or offers yourself. Above all it gives you your own direct line to your customers, rather than renting one from a marketplace.
THE JOBS IT TAKES ON
MOBILE APPS
Regular reorders

Quiet Tuesday
→ Offer pushed to nearby fans
Team on site
→ Jobs, notes and photos in one place
Card payment

What a business app solves
The best app ideas come from a job that already happens every day and is harder than it should be.
Regulars reorder by phone or message
→ Their usual order in one tap, sent straight to the kitchen or the shop floor.
Paper loyalty cards get lost
→ Stamps and rewards tracked in the app, with an offer when they’re due.
A marketplace takes a big cut of every order
→ Your own ordering, so the customer relationship and the margin stay with you.
Quiet days you can’t fill
→ A push notification to customers who opted in, when you choose to send one.
The team juggles paper and group chats
→ Jobs, notes, photos and sign-offs in one place, even with a weak signal.
Every app comes with

What we deliver with your app
A clickable prototype first
Tap through it on your own phone and test it with real people before the build starts.
iPhone and Android
One cross-platform app, so both stores get the same features at the same time.
A simple admin for you
Change menus, prices, offers and opening hours without calling us.
Payments and notifications
Card payments through an established provider, and push notifications with clear opt-in.
Store listings and review
Screenshots, descriptions and privacy details prepared, and the review process handled.

We hear about problems before your customers complain, and keep the app current.
How app development works
Four tickets. You see and touch the app before most of the money is spent.
- ORDER 001START
1×Shape the idea
We pin down the few things the app must do brilliantly, who it’s for, and what can wait for version two.
- ORDER 002BUILD
1×Clickable prototype
You tap through it on your own phone, and show it to a few customers or staff, before a line of the real app is built.
- ORDER 003CHECK
1×Build for both stores
One app for iPhone and Android, with a simple admin for you, tested on real devices.
- ORDER 004GO LIVE
1×Launch and improve
We prepare the store listings, handle review, and keep the app updated as phones and stores change.
What your app can connect to
An app is most useful when it shares information with the systems you already run.
- PAYMENTS
- StripeApple PayGoogle Pay
- BOOKINGS AND CALENDARS
- Google CalendarMicrosoft OutlookBooking systems that allow connections
- SHOPS AND ORDERS
- ShopifyKitchen or order screensEmail and SMS confirmations
- YOUR RECORDS
- CRMsGoogle SheetsAccounting software
- SIGN-IN
- EmailSign in with AppleSign in with Google
We check every connection is possible before you commit, and design around the systems you already have.
How much does app development cost?
There are two kinds of cost: building the app, which we quote in writing, and the accounts and services you pay for directly so the app stays yours.
WHAT AFFECTS THE PRICE
Features
Accounts, payments, bookings, chat and offline use each add design and testing.
An admin for you
A simple one is usually included; a detailed dashboard is a bigger job.
Connections
Linking to your booking, order or accounting systems adds setup and testing.
Design
Using a clean standard look is quicker than a fully custom one.
Care plan
Optional updates as phones and store rules change.

YOUR QUOTE · FIXED AND IN WRITING
Your build is quoted in writing, in your currency, after a short call. Store fees and any service subscriptions are set out separately so you can see exactly who you pay.
How long does an app take?
Apps take longer than websites, so we put the prototype first: you see progress early and can change course cheaply. Your quote includes a timeline in writing.
Larger apps launch in stages, starting with the features customers will use most.

App development questions
Something else? Ask in the chat. A person answers.
How much does it cost to build an app?
It depends on what the app has to do: accounts, payments, bookings, push notifications, an admin for you, and connections to systems you already use. We quote every app in writing, in your currency, after a short call. You’ll also pay the stores directly: the Apple Developer Program is 99 USD per membership year, and Google Play has a one-time 25 USD registration fee.
Do I need an app or a website?
Often a great mobile website is enough. An app earns its place when customers use it again and again (reordering, loyalty, bookings) or when your team needs a tool on the move. We’ll tell you honestly which fits, and the quote form helps us judge.
iPhone and Android?
Yes. We build cross-platform, so one codebase serves both, which keeps the build and the upkeep simpler.
Who publishes it?
It’s published under your business’s own developer accounts, so the app, its listing and its customers are yours.
Can I build my own app for free?
No-code app builders let you make a simple app without paying a developer, and they’re worth trying for an idea you want to test. Publishing still needs store accounts, and builders tend to reach their limits on payments, bookings and connections to your other systems. If a builder would do, we’ll say so.
Does Apple or Google take a cut of my sales?
For paid apps and in-app purchases of digital items, the stores take a commission. Apple’s Small Business Program sets it at 15% for developers earning up to 1 million USD in proceeds a year. We’ll explain which of your sales it applies to before we design the payment flow.
Can customers pay in the app?
Yes. Card payments through an established provider such as Stripe, with receipts sent automatically. We never store card numbers ourselves.
What happens after launch?
Phones and app stores change every year, so apps need occasional updates to keep working and stay listed. We offer a care plan for updates, fixes and small improvements, or we hand everything over to you.
How long does an app take?
Longer than a website, because of the prototype, building for two platforms and store review. Your quote includes a timeline in writing, with the prototype first so you can see progress early.
GOES WELL WITH
- WebsitesFast, good-looking websites that tell people what you do, make it easy to buy or book, and look after themselves.
- AI assistants & chatbotsA chat assistant on your website, WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook that answers customers in seconds, in your words, day and night.
- AI automationWe connect the tools you already use so the repetitive admin (quotes, follow-ups, invoices, data entry) happens on its own.
Be one tap away.
Tell us what the app should do and who it’s for. We’ll come back with honest advice and a written quote.
