This page explains the cookies, and similar technologies such as your browser’s local and session storage, that Tamkoz Ltd uses on this website, what each one is for, and how to change your mind. It follows the UK’s Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and the UK GDPR. For how we handle personal information more generally, see our privacy policy.
We ask before setting anything optional wherever in the world you are reading this, which is stricter than some countries require. Nothing optional is switched on until you choose, and you can change your mind at any time.
Your choice
The first time you visit, a banner asks whether we can use analytics. “Accept all” and “Reject all” are equally easy, and nothing optional is switched on until you choose. We’ll ask again after about six months, or sooner if we start using something new. Rejecting never stops you using the site, chat, forms or booking.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time, as easily as you made it. Withdrawing removes the analytics cookies and storage we set and stops analytics straight away.
Strictly necessary
These keep the site working and secure, or deliver something you asked for, like a chat or a booking. They don’t track you, and the law doesn’t require your consent for them, so they’re always on. We use them for nothing else.

Analytics (only if you accept)
If you accept, we use analytics to see which pages people find useful, where the site is slow or broken, and which pages lead to enquiries. If you reject, none of the following is loaded, stored or sent.

- Recognises your browser between visits so we can count visitors rather than page loads, and ties together the pages in one visit and its anonymous session recording.

- Remembers the page and website that first brought you here (for example “google.com”), so we know which pages lead to enquiries. Only sent to us if you submit a form.

- PostHog (our analytics provider, with its servers in the EU) records the pages you view, clicks, errors and technical details such as your browser and device, plus your approximate location from your IP address. We have PostHog discard the IP address rather than store it. It also records anonymous session recordings of how the site is used. Anything you type is hidden from them, and chat and our private inbox are never recorded. Events are kept for up to 12 months and recordings for 30 days. See PostHog’s privacy policy.
- Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights add anonymous page-view counts and measure how quickly pages load and respond on your device, so we can find the slow ones. Neither sets cookies nor stores anything in your browser, but we still only load them if you accept. See Vercel’s privacy policy.
We don’t use advertising, social-media or cross-site tracking cookies, and we don’t sell this data or share it with advertisers.
Third-party services on some pages
The booking calendar on the Book a call page is provided by Cal.com, and the spam check on our forms by Cloudflare. They set the security cookies listed above and process some technical information, such as your IP address, to do their job. See Cal.com’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Controlling cookies in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings. The ICO explains how. Blocking the strictly necessary ones may stop chat, forms or booking from working.
Our record of your choice
When you make a choice, we keep a random ID, what you chose and the date for 24 months, so we can show that you gave or withdrew consent. It holds no name, email address or IP address.
